Mr. Xu Lin Bao, Chairman of Shanghai Housing & Land Group was in Calgary to visit and meet with Canadian manufactures that are interested in pursuing the huge China Building and Construction market.

Mr. Xu Lin Bao is also the Chairman of Jinfeng Investment Company Ltd., China Enterprises Inc., Shanghai Housing & Land Group, Shanghai Johnson Controls Ltd., Shanghai Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.

The Shanghai Housing & Land Group (SHLG) was established in 1996 and is a large conglomerate focusing on state owned assets, with real estate development as it’s main business.  The group comprises of real estate transactions, brokerages, consulting, property management, architectural design, building, decoration, building material, and housing equipment.    This group is a business entity encompassing science, industrial manufacturing and trade.
