Shanghai Housing & Land Group (SHLG)
was established in 1996 and is a large conglomerate focusing on state
owned assets, with real estate development as it’s main business.
The group comprises of real estate transactions, brokerages,
consulting, property management, architectural design, building,
decoration, building material, and housing equipment.
This group is a business entity encompassing science, industrial
manufacturing and trade.
